APPOINTMENT POLICY

Cancellation / Rearrangement Policy 

Should you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment for any reason, please give atleast 48 hours notice.

Please cancel via text message/WhatsApp/phone call only. Please do not notify of cancellation through Instagram, Facebook messenger or via email.  

There is a fee of 50% of price of appointment for cancellations/changes made the day prior to appointment. 

There is a fee of 100% of price of appointment if cancellations/changes are made the day of appointment. This includes if you are running too late to your appointment for it to go ahead.

Appointments

If you are running/early late to your appointment please text/call to notify me. 

If you’re early, even by 10 minutes, please pop me a message to check if I’m ready before knocking, incase I am still with another client or on a break.

Lateness can affect treatment so please notify me with your ETA if you’re running late, and I’ll do my best to work around this. If you are more than 15/20 minutes late to your appointment, I may be unable to proceed with treatment, but you will still be charged for the appointment.
