AFTERCARE ADVICE 

Lash Extension Aftercare 

For lash extensions, you will need to avoid getting lashes wet for 24 hours after treatment. 

You will need to avoid oils, mascara, or strip lashes on the lash extensions as this loosens the adhesive & can create a build up of residue. This does not include the Nouveau mascara, specially formulated for use on lash extensions.

After the initial 24 hours, it is important to keep lashes clean with plain water, oil free cleansers, or the Nouveau foam lash cleanser (available to purchase from me). This is to remove a build up of residue on the lashes, to prevent irritation or infection. Please keep lashes clean daily, or every other day. 

Please note that the use of sunbeds affects lash adhesive & your lashes may not last as long. 

Do not use curlers on your lash extensions.

Lash Extension Infills 

Infill top-ups help to replace any lashes that have grown out, and top up new natural lashes. This keeps your lashes full & healthy.

Infills require atleast 50% lash extensions coverage to be remaining, every 2-3 weeks. If you have less than 50% coverage, or if it has been longer than 3 weeks since your last top up, you will be charged for a full set. In some cases, a 3/4 set may be offered at my discretion, dependant on condition of lashes and amount remaining. 

Remaining coverage depends on how you have followed aftercare, along with your natural lash growth. For example, if your natural lashes grow quickly, it may be best to book in every 2 weeks rather than 3.

If you would like infills it is strongly recommended to book these in advance, or I can also book you in for removal if the lashes are for short term/occasional wear. 

LVL Lash Lift Aftercare 

Avoid wearing mascara or getting lashes hot/wet for atleast 24-48 hours after treatment, as your LVL Lash Lift needs to lock into place. After this initial time period you can continue to shower, swim, use saunas and wear mascara without needing to protect the eye area.

Do not use curlers on your LVL Lash Lift. 

LVL Lash Lift lasts approximately 6-8 weeks. You must wait atleast 5 weeks after your LVL before getting another LVL Lash Lift. Tinting can be done sooner than this however. 

HiBrow + Brow Lamination Aftercare 

Avoid heat, steam, makeup or moisturiser on the waxed brow area for 24 hours after treatment as the skin will be sensitive. 

Depending on natural brow growth, it is recommended to have a HiBrow Top-Up every 2-6 weeks. Any longer & this will be classed as a HiBrow Revamp appointment.

After Brow Lamination you will be given a brush & oil to continue hydrating the brows after your treatment. Avoid getting wet, wearing heavy makeup or rubbing/touching brows for 24 hours so that brows set in place. Avoid sunbeds/saunas/steam/swimming pools for 48hrs. Avoid fake tan for 3 days either side of treatment, as it can discolour the tint. Brow Lamination will last 6-8 weeks, however shaping/tinting top-ups may be required sooner dependant on natural brow growth.
